A reputable and qualified roofer will NEVER ask you to sign a roofing contract before inspection. Make sure you are comfortable with the company you are doing business with and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
Local references are some of the best tools you can use. Be sure to ask for local customers. This will give you the opportunity to talk with other clients and allow them to share their experience with the company you are considering. A reputable company will have many references to choose from.
The weather in Colorado is the strangest in the world. Sometimes hail and wind damage can literally trash one roof and the one behind it may only need a patch. Before you sign the contract, make sure you understand everything that you are signing.
